Riders agree to pay all fees for rides booked through the Services, including applicable taxes and surcharges.

4.2 Driver Earnings

Drivers will receive earnings as outlined in our Driver Agreement.

4.3 Non-Payment

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Cancellation Policy

Riders and drivers may cancel rides under certain conditions as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Riders may incur cancellation fees based on the timing of the cancellation.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership and License

You may submit content, such as feedback or reviews ("User Content"). You retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to improve our Services.

6.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit content that violates intellectual property rights or contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the past six months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Volt Rideshare harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.2 Arbitration
