VoltCard Lifetime Terms

1. VoltCard Overview

VoltCard Lifetime Passes are prepaid ride credit packages that provide monthly ride allocations for life. By purchasing a VoltCard, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Lifetime Pass Benefits

• Monthly Credits: Receive your allocated ride credits automatically each month
• No Expiration: Your VoltCard never expires and provides benefits for life
• Locked Pricing: Your monthly credit value is protected from inflation
• Premium Access: Priority booking during peak hours
• EV Fleet: Exclusive access to 100% electric vehicle rides
• Concierge Support: Dedicated customer service for VoltCard holders

3. Credit Usage & Limitations

Monthly Credit Allocation

Credits are allocated on the first day of each month and do not roll over to subsequent months. Unused credits expire at the end of each month.

Ride Value Limits

Each ride credit covers up to $25 per ride. If your ride costs exceed $25, the difference will be charged to your default payment method.

Geographic Limitations

VoltCard credits are valid in all Volt service areas. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to local regulations.

4. Pre-Launch Terms

During the pre-launch period:

• Your VoltCard is secured and guaranteed
• No monthly credits will be deducted until service launch
• You maintain your founding member status
• All terms remain in effect upon service activation

5. Non-Transferability

VoltCard Lifetime Passes are non-transferable and tied to your account. They cannot be:

• Sold or transferred to another person
• Used by anyone other than the account holder
• Converted to cash or other payment methods
• Refunded after the 30-day initial period

6. Service Modifications

Volt Technologies reserves the right to:

• Modify service areas and availability
• Update ride-matching algorithms and features
• Implement reasonable service limitations
• Adjust maximum ride values with 90-day notice

Material changes to VoltCard benefits will be communicated 30 days in advance.

7. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

VoltCard purchases may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided no credits have been used. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Service Discontinuation

In the unlikely event Volt discontinues ride-sharing services, unused VoltCard value will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

8. Account Termination

Volt Technologies may terminate accounts that:

• Violate terms of service or community guidelines
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Attempt to circumvent service limitations

Upon justified termination, no refund will be provided for remaining VoltCard value.

9. Privacy & Data

Your VoltCard usage and ride history are governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data necessary to provide service and protect your privacy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Volt Technologies' liability is limited to the value of your VoltCard purchase. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from VoltCard usage.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Delaware state law.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of your VoltCard constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
